Sean Cherry
Sean brings over 16 years of Ambulatory Health and Behavioral Health experience in a variety of Leadership roles. Sean has successfully overseen Psychiatric, Sud and Eating Disorder programs.
He has extensive subject matter expertise in Behavioral Healthcare Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Licensing & Accreditation and Quality Assurance.
Sean has direct experience starting and operating organizations in over 15 states and is responsible for the individualized planning and management of Mission Consulting Projects.
Maria Ulmer LMFT, CAADC
Maria brings over 20 years of behavioral health experience, serving in clinical, operational, and executive roles for mental health and substance use treatment programs. Maria is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Pennsylvania.
Maria’s primary focus in the development of a behavioral health start-up program is to ensure delivery of the highest quality of clinical care by developing strong evidence-based clinical programming and recruitment/ onboarding/training of subject matter experts in the roles of Executive Director, Clinical Director and Business Development Director.
Brittany Wilson M. Ed., NCC SVP Operations
Brittany brings over 10 years of experience in operational excellence and organizational leadership serving in clinical training, operations, and executive roles in both inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance use treatment programs across multi-site/multi-state organizations.
Brittany’s focus is on the oversight of both internal and external operations ensuring optimal client experience throughout the evolution of each project. Prioritizes prompt communication, project management, and strong adherence to service level agreements.
